Emotional Intelligence - Build awareness of other's emotions and your own, then learn how to manage both.

Social Media Ethics - How does a person navigate the nuanced, often unwritten rules for social media usage? The constant evolution of social networks can make it difficult to stay on top of best practices. It’s important to strike a balance with both your personal and business brand. In this session learn some basic do’s and don’ts for a positive social media experience.

Creating Your Weather Decision Making Plan - Create a weather decision making process that ties directly to your snow plan.

Navigating Change - How do people handle change? What keeps people from adapting to change? How to break the thinking about change.

Servant Leadership - Leadership at its best enables people to do well-what they thought couldn’t be done. It takes a leader willing to work with their team, provide them the tools needed and to support their team through the project to make it happen.  Learn what it means to be a Servant Leader, how it can improve the relationship between the employee and manager and overall positive impact for the team.

Working in Teams - A basic course for team leaders and team members designed to focus on the characteristics of an effective team player and the elements of an effective team.
